Laborers from Iowa, Illinois and Nebraska enhanced their member-to-member communication skills, during a two-day training with Wellstone Action! in Des Moines.  The Laborers involved represented 15 different local unions and held lively discussions on effective messages and the best way for listening to members and learning how to reflect their concerns.
