| Laborers 393 food baskets aid needy
|

On December 23, 2009 Laborers’ Local Union 393, for the 26th year passed out Christmas Food Baskets to the needy families in the LaSalle, Bureau and Putnam County areas. This year they passed out 140 baskets with 16 of the baskets given to the Illinois National Guard at the Marseilles Training Facility,whose family members are serving overseas during the Christmas Season. Members, their families and friends of Local 393 were present to pack the baskets on December 22nd.
